Juan Vega Figueroa, 35, of Chester, is charged with simple assault, child endangerment, and related counts, said Bensalem Police Department in a release.
Authorities say they were called to the Red Roof Inn on Street Road around 9:30 p.m. on Monday, June 12 for reports of a domestic assault.
They arrived and spoke with Vega Figueroa's 15-year-old daughter, who said she was arguing with her dad when he struck her over the head with the bottle, according to the release.
He then fled the motel, leaving his children aged 12, 15, and 16 by themselves, police said.
In the room, investigators said they found 110 baggies of "suspected fentanyl," as well as a loaded, extended Glock magazine and additional rounds nearby.
The children were turned over to Bucks County Children and Youth who left them in the custody of their grandmother, the department said.
Bensalem police have issued a warrant for Vega Figueroa's arrest, and anyone with information is asked to call the department at 215-633-3719.
